There is a travel and convenience fee added depending on your location. Loan packages are billed differently. A fee schedule is available upon request for Real Estate professionals.

What kind of identification is required of me?

Anyone who will be signing the document(s) will be required by law to provide a current (unexpired), government issued ID (Driver's License or Passport). The name on ID MUST match the name on the document(s).
